China International Textile Machinery Exhibition (ITMA ASIA + CITME) is a combination of China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA ASIA.It is a joint action taken by the world's most important textile machinery industry associations, including China, Europe and Japan, to safeguard the interests of textile machinery manufacturers and customers in the world, and to improve the quality of textile machinery exhibitions.

China textile machinery association, the European association of textile machinery manufacturers committee and its member states and the American association of textile machinery, textile machinery association of Japan, South Korea's textile machinery association, the Taiwan machinery industrial board of trade of the world's major textile machinery association were solemnly declared: "China international textile machinery exhibition and ITMA Asia exhibition" is their only support within the territory of China.

In 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018, respectively, after the success of the "2020 China international textile machinery exhibition and ITMA Asia exhibition" work according to the global textile machinery manufacturers and the concept of textile industry customers to provide quality service, win-win co-operation, for the global textile machinery manufacturing enterprises and industry professionals to build a platform of mutual exchanges and common progress.China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition 2020 will be held in National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) from June 12th to June 16th, 2021.
