First, the broken axis problem occurs in different hearts
Some users have broken the output shaft of the drive motor after the device has been running for a few months. Why does the reducer break the output shaft of the drive motor? Third, the correct installation of the reducer

The first step is to confirm whether the motor and the reducer are intact before installation, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected to the reducer are matched. The second step is to unscrew the screw on the outer side of the flange of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring so that the side hole is aligned with the dust hole, and insert the inner hexagon to tighten. Before connecting the motor to the reducer, first align the motor shaft keyway with the tightening bolt. To ensure uniform force, please screw the mounting bolts at any diagonal position, but do not tighten them. Then screw the mounting bolts at the other two diagonal positions and tighten the four mounting bolts one by one. Finally, tighten the tightening bolts. All tightening bolts are to be fixed and inspected using the torque wrenches according to the indicated fixed torque data.
The correct installation between the reducer and the mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation between the reducer and the drive motor. The key is to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is concentric with the shaft of the driven part.
